Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
